The frame feels nice and solid so far, and I haven’t noticed any wobbling. I do kind of wish the foot rail felt a little thicker, but it’s not a huge deal and the whole thing still feels sturdy enough.

It looked totally fine at first, but after a few months it started getting kinda wobbly. I was hoping it would hold up better than that.

The build quality is decent, but I wouldn’t call it perfect. The craftsmanship is just okay, not terrible by any means, but you can tell there are a few spots where a little more attention would’ve helped. It does the job, though, so I can’t complain too much.

I reached out to customer service and ended up waiting days just to hear anything back. Even when they did respond, I still didn’t get a clear answer to my issue. It was frustrating, and it left me feeling like my concern didn’t really matter.

I really regret assuming the warranty support would actually help if something went wrong. When I reached out, it felt like I got nowhere and the whole process was just frustrating. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat...

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the back support could be a little better if you’re sitting for a long time. But for everyday use, it feels sturdy, comfortable, and I’m happy with it overall

I picked up one of their bar stools and so far the swivel has been working well. It turns easily and doesn’t feel loose or shaky, at least with the amount we’ve used it. After a couple weeks, I did start noticing a little squeak here and there, not all the time though. It’s still sturdy and comfortable, so I’m not too worried about it. Would’ve been 5 stars if it stayed totally quiet.

Weirdly, I remember sitting there with the box by the door for days because I kept thinking they’d finally send the return info. I wouldn’t order from them again, tbh.

I ordered a stool with a specific logo and seat color, so I was actually kind of excited when it arrived. I still remember opening the box and immediately getting that little sinking feeling because it just wasn’t the one I picked. The weird part was that the box and receipt looked correct, which made the whole thing even more confusing.
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it wasn’t super quick, and I had to go through the whole process of sending pictures and waiting around. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely took the fun out of getting something I had been looking forward to.

The measurements on the site were accurate, so it did fit where I needed it to. It maybe feels just a tiny bit taller once I’m actually sitting on it, but that’s probably on me for second-guessing the height so much.
Overall, I’m happy with it. I spent more time than I needed to choosing, but the size info was clear and helped me land on the right one.
